16.01 Dried Blood Serum Dried Blood Serum Depot at Charity Hospital These negatives are copies of a blood serum project which is operating at the Connough laboratories of the University of Toronto, Canada, which has shipped thousands of bottles of the serum to England for war use. Presidential approval has been granted the Louisiana WPA to operate a similar program. The project will produce dried blood serum which can be used in the place of whole blood for transfusions. 9/10/1941
