11.27 Buildings, Public Incinerator Municipal Incinerator "B," Agriculture and Eads Streets, which will be improved by WPA workmen who are clearing ground for an addition plant to increase its garbage capacity from 7 5 tons daily to 225 tons. Plans call for the construction of a new cell in the present furnace, a chimney and several ash bins. The expanded plant will be increased to 225 poun ds [sic] of garbage a day.
