Attached text: This photo shows workmen puting finishing touches on the top deck of Broad Avenue Overpass. Structure spans main Union Station approach tracks and covered New Basin Canal. When opened in late December, it will eliminate one of the city's worst street-railroad bottlenecks that for years tied up traffic in mid-town New Orleans.
