Contact Prints Collection Page Six - Vieux Carre These photographs were all taken within the limits of the Vieux Carre -- the area bordered by Esplanade Avenue, Rampart Street, Canal Street, and the Mississippi River. Many of the buildings are in a dilapidated state, some are in the process of being dismantled. Included in this mainly unidentified collection of buildings are some noteworthy structures such as The Three Sisters (#142) and Madame John's Legacy (#153).
