Well, we are including one flood photo, though not one of the awful, graphic ones. This is New Orleans Charity Hospital, just a couple of blocks from the Main Library. The massive 1930s structure, housing an institution that dates back to the year 1736, suffered severe flooding to its basement and lower floors. The Louisiana State University Health Care Services Division has determined Charity to be unsalvageable and a candidate for ultimate demolition.
