Accompanied by a bench warrant for Hunsaker's arrest and an order of Fourth Judicial District Court for return of the warrant. Also includes an 1876 letter from M. Marks, District Attorney of the Fourth Judicial District Court to John McPhelan, enclosing papers in the suit and asking him to "give it your attention and wake them up."
