Second City Criminal Court 12771 State vs Joe Dolves et al. 1907 Charged with murder. The cover sheet indicates "Abstract of Record," but the document appears to comprise only transcripts of testimony from several witnesses. The other defendants were Frank Bangard, Peter Testivient, John Schwartz, and Lewis Freitag. They were accused of murdering Daniel Hauck on Villere Street between St. Louis and Conti on August 3, 1907.
