Left at 80 Baronne St in 13 inst. Parties pretended to rent room for several months. The parties left without the knowledge of proprietors of boarding house, leaving child behind them. See P.B. # 730.

06/25/1881 Jno. Coos 374 Victory St. Frank Nelson 6 yrs old Father away in the U.S. Services. Mother under arrest for drunkeness. She is utterly unfit to have charge of the children & Mr. Coos the agent of the father wishing to place them in the 7th St. Asylum until the father returns. He deposits $10 now and the father will pay what he can on return. Sent to 7th St. Orphan Asylum. See P.B. # 4 page 741.
