179 3/4/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - The Governor, at this time, presented a Royal Edict dated October 12th, 1773, together with excerpts from the Apostolic Brief issued by His Holiness, Clement XIV, annulling, dissolving and extinguishing the order called “Compania de Jesus” (Company of Jesus).

183 4/22/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - The Commissioners consider the poor condition of the levee and the present rise of the river, and resolve to build a solid levee and to contract under bond with an honest resident who can qualify to do the work.

185 5/6/1774 Received Royal Commission confirming his title as Notary Public of War and Royal Finance; conferred for life and hereafter made saleable in favor of the Royal Treasury in case of death or resignation.

190 5/27/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - At this meeting a bill is presented for repairs to the levee, which was approved and payment ordered.

191 6/7/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - At this time the Commissioners called to the attention of the President the necessity of obtaining flour, imploring that some provision be made to obtain it from the English ships which navigate the river, or to consult His Majesty in regard to the matter. The President asked that a testimony of this meeting be issued and presented to him that he might decide what is best. - (On page 209 the Attorney General calls attention to several English ships carrying flour.)

194 8/6/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - At this meeting the Commissioners resolve to sell at public auction the contract for repairs to the levee.

194 8/6/1774 Governor: Unzaga; Royal Ensign: De Reggio, Sr. - The bad condition of the bridges was taken up at this time and two Commissioners were appointed to make the necessary repairs or to order new bridges, and to see that each of the property holders pay his share of the expenses.
