This year's Black History Month theme is the 100th anniversary of the Niagara Movement -- a precursor movement to the NAACP. UNO History Professor, Dr. Raphael Cassimere, Jr., spoke about the history of the Niagara Movement to an audience the Gentilly branch on February 16.
