As part of NOPL's Black History Month programming, Dr. Frank Martin of Southern University, Scott Aiges, Director of Music Business Development for the City of New Orleans and Shanney Scott of the New Orleans Concierge Association offered ways to keep careers on track during national disasters such as the September 11th tragedy.
