Victoria Rowell talks about The Women Who Raised Me August 28, 2007 Author and Actress Victoria Rowell visited the Main Library on August 28 to discuss her new book, The Women Who Raised Me. The program was hosted by the African American Resource Center of the New Orleans Public Library and Community Book Center.
Ms. Rowell discussed her book with an enthusiastic crowd, who had many questions for her during her presentation.
Ms. Rowell thanked New Orleans for helping to put her book on the New York Times Best Sellers List. Following the program, she signed copies of her book, The Women Who Raised Me .
