Rodney Baxter receives a certificate of completion from JoAnn Allen, Library Associate, African American Resource Center, during the closing ceremony of the Homework Center on May 17. Six students came to the AARC from Monday through Thursday during the 2006-2007 school year to get help with homework and enhancements in math, reading and English
