First Time Homeowner's Program

The African American Resource Center of the New Orleans Public Library hosted a representative from the New Orleans Neighborhood Development Foundation (NDF). The NDF is an organization which educates and assists moderate to low-income families in becoming homeowners. This program was free and open to the public.


Rosalind Peychaud, Executive Director of NDF New Orleans, gives an overview of their Home Buyer education training program.


Audience members listen as Ms. Peychaud provides information on the benefits of NDF's program.


Kizzy Curtis, also from NDF, gives information on their Landlord Training program.


Audience members peruse display table which includes circulating materials on house buying and/or homeownership.
