Welcome to our homepage . . .

The Greater New Orleans Archivists was organized in 1982 to foster communication and understanding among archivists in the various repositories in the greater New Orleans area. Over the years, we have become a collective voice working actively to promote the use of archives and special collections resources city-wide and to support the cooperative and individual efforts of our member archivists and institutions.
