Over the years Louisiana Division staff members have been contributing to a file of facts sometimes referred to as "fugitive." We have maintained that information exclusively as a card file until now. This electronic file of "fugitive" facts does not fully replace the old system, but we will be adding new information to this page as well as moving old material from the card file into the 21st century.
